JAZZ FLOW WORKSHOP for adults

On Sunday 30th November, join Hannah for an exciting 2 hours and take some time for yourself to do something a little different!


Focusing on:


  • Building Jazz Technique

  • Learning a mini routine

  • Stretch and Relaxation



After learning a mini jazz routine, the workshop will end with a full stretch. A time to breathe through the movements, release endorphins and feeling prouder, calmer and happier.’
